The brilliant Cloud 9 Contract 8mm & Super Contract 10mm underlays are designed for luxury use in high traffic areas.
Contract Cloud 9 underlays are renowned for being up to three times lighter than conventional underlay. Available in 8mm and 10mm, the Cloud 9 Contract underlays are premium carpet underlays providing lots of luxury and underfoot comfort.
Contract Cloud 9 underlays have the same spring, and hard wearing properties as heavier alternatives, making Cloud 9 as hugely popular collection of quality underlays.
Cloud 9 Cumulus (11mm), (9mm), and Nimbus (7mm) are all manufactured in the UK according to BS 5808 (1991) recommended application - luxury use. Meaning that the Cloud 9 collection is guaranteed to give you the most comfortable underfoot feel wherever you put it in your home.
Contract Cloud 9 underlays are excellent insulators of noise and heat too, reducing the amount of impact and airborne noise through floorboards, as well as keeping your room better insulated. Cloud 9 underlays should not be used over underfloor heating.
Contract Cloud 9 carpet underlays are also guaranteed to last for the lifetime of the initial carpet installation - further giving you peace of mind when buying Ball & Young underlay.
Your flooring is handled with the utmost care by specialist flooring couriers who guarantee that your floor will be delivered appropriately in perfect condition.
Delivery is to direct ground floor (access permitting), and provided by a one-man delivery service. If access is difficult, a curb-side delivery will be done.
Please note, drivers may need assistance for larger orders. The driver will contact you 30 minutes prior to arrival in most cases.
Delivery will take from 3 working days of the order being placed before 12pm. Deliveries are Monday-Friday. Next Day Delivery is available on most artificial grass & underlay orders.
If you have a specific delivery date(s) in mind, simply select the desired date(s) on the 'Delivery Details' calendar when confirming your order at checkout, and we will do our best to deliver on your preferred date, though this date may not be guaranteed.
We will contact you to book in your delivery date in advance at your earliest convenience. We recommend not to book your fitting until our team have been in touch to liaise and confirm your delivery.
